Mini Puffs: The First Attempt

I’ve been itching for awhile now to attempt something…anything…in this sweet girl’s beautiful tight curls.

So the other day I took the plunge. There was some bribery food involved. (Man, am I glad we had those two graham crackers left from our Christmas gingerbreading!…How will I up the ante next time is the question now.) Plus, I may or may not have used a little “lock down” parental discretion. Just as I was about to sell the bounce seat, it came in fantastically handy.

Sadly, embarrassingly, it doesn’t even look like I used my comb to split the parts…but I did. I really truly did!

And, in hindsight I should have set my goals a little lower and perhaps attempted two or possibly five mini-puffs. But no. I’m a fairly “black and white” person and don’t usually fall anywhere in the middle of any spectrum. This hair attempt was no exception.

Getting your hair done is very tiring!

And man! Do these 17 month old babes ever get squirmy.

Getting' the ants out of her pants! ...the girl can move!!

The learning curve is steep (for both of us). She’s young. And we’ll keep at it.

I’m going to love your recipe ideas & hints. ๐Ÿ™‚
